  • Age Limit: Minimum age 21 years, Maximum age 65 years.
  • Minimum Monthly Net Income:
  • Salaried Person – Tk. 50,000/-
  • Landlord – Tk. 60,000/-
  • Professional – Tk. 70,000/-
  • Businessman – Tk. 80,000/-
Required Documents
  • Valid identification documents (Passport, NID, Photo, EID etc.) of the applicant.
  • Income and Professional Proof of the applicants depending on the profession.
  • Copy of E-TIN certificate of the applicants & recent utility bills or proof of residence.
  • Guarantor’s declaration on bank’s standard format with valid identification documents.
  • Land & Building (to be financed & mortgaged) related documents.
