Purpose: Travel expenses, Marital Expenses, Educational Expenses, Festival Expenses, Home Construction, House Renovation, Transport Purchase, Household Durables/ Equipments/ Electronics Purchase, Medical/treatment expense.
Loan Size: Minimum Tk.1 -Lac -Maximum Tk.15 – Lac only (Or,15-times of Take home salary, whichever is lower) .
Loan Tenor: Maximum 5 years.

Eligibility

Regular/Permanent employee of Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous/Private organization operating in Bangladesh.

Age: Minimum age 21 years, Maximum age 60 years.

Take-home salary should be at least Tk. 15,000 – per month

Length of Experience: Having minimum 1 year of total experience and minimum 6 months with the present employer.

1. What is the purpose of a Salary Loan?

Travel Expenses, Marital Expenses, Educational Expenses, Festival Expenses, Home Construction, House Renovation, Transport Purchase, Household Durables/ Equipments/ Electronics Purchase, Medical/Treatment Expense and any other lawful purpose of the customer, acceptable to the bank.

2. Who can avail Salary Loan?

Regular/Permanent employee of Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/Private organization operating in Bangladesh having minimum 1 year of total experience and minimum 6 months with the present Employer. However, Applicant having Payroll Account with Jamuna Bank will get privilege as per JBL’s Payroll Banking Policy.

Minimum BDT. 1 Lac and maximum BDT. 15 Lac (or, 15-times of Take Home salary, whichever is lower)

4. What is the minimum and maximum loan tenor for Salary Loan?

Minimum 12 months to maximum 60 months

5. What is the minimum and maximum age to apply for Salary Loan?

Minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years

Yes, but it depends completely on your existing EMI’s regularity and if proposed/new loan’s EMI matched with your present income.

13. What is the repayment process of Salary Loan?

Through Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI). EMI amount can be deposited through debiting applicant’s Savings/Current A/C or cheque or RTGS/BEFTN or JBPLC’s Mobile App/Wallet.

14. Can partial payment/early settlement is made anytime in Salary Loan?
